His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie - A Majestic Party Icon?



His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie 1st is King of Kings, Lord of Lords, and Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Elect of God, and Light of the world. These titles are given to and worn by pure divinity and royalty reserved only for the highest himself. How is it that in the dance halls of the reggae industry, these very same titles are screamed across the dance floor by performing reggae artists to the unknowledgeable and vile corrupt and insensitive alcohol abusers, whose main purpose is purely entertainment?



Singers sing of global poverty and racial discrimination, and all the unbalanced actions in today’s society to scantly clad women and men whose lust shines bright before them. They sing of peace and love to white tourists who could care less for the people who these songs are written about. Tourists whose very lives are taken care of by these poor, justice less Africans, who join in the shameless scandalizing of African royalty.



Recently, I was at a show of some local up and coming artists in Jacksonville, FL. It was at a hotel on the beach. I suppose it was done for the gratification of the visitors and patrons of the hotel. Here, was this very large overhead screen showing imagery of beach surfers, while the band underneath sang of peace and love. One particular artist (not a very good singer), was shouting at the top of his voice for the crowd to follow along while he chanted out every title His Majesty holds. I wondered if he thought he was educating the crowd or he was spreading the message.



The reggae music industry, which is white owned and controlled is doing its part to keep Africans in a drunken stupor; they promote the dancehall slackness and encourage its acceptance as part of the Rastafari culture, while it depends on these same drunken Africans to supply musical material to keep it going. The unscrupulous nightclub owners don’t care who can actually sing and who cannot, as long as they get something for the little pocket change that they pay, all you have to do is dress the part and be able to hold a microphone and belt out the titles of His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie 1st, while the dj is playing prerecorded tracks of industry icons.



Today we see that white men and women can tell you about the roots singers and messages, while Black men and women do the dutty wine to the meaningless lyrics of non-singers. Today we can see the emergence of all white reggae bands singing about peace and love while their grandfathers and parents continue to deny the justice that is due to Africa and her people. There are more white people teaching Black children in the school system about peace and love and fabricated history that is geared to keep Africans in bondage and servitude. Every day, I come across some white person who wants to teach, because they believe in peace ad love, and guess who they want to teach? That’s right! They go into public schools to teach black kids and any other ethnic group their rationales on what they believe to be peace and love. Whatever happened to teaching the little white kids? Don’t they have to know about peace and love as well, so they won’t grow up and continue in the same vein of white global domination and privilege?



There are many examples of this hippie takeover going on all over America and Europe, under the pretext of ONE LOVE. The white hippie Rastas are now keeping Nyabinghi Ises in makeshift tabernacles and forming liberation organizations. They are being used to keep the religious doping of black people alive; they use Bible rhetoric to keep black minds away from total black liberation; they even complain about the dutty wine culture while they profess to keep Rastafari roots and culture alive. They talk about being lightskinned Ethiopians, even when the very word Ethiopian means black. How be it that right under our very noses, this blatant disregard for ancient African traditions are allowed to be under constant raping?



The churches are promoting the dutty wine culture (even though it doesn’t look like they do). Party till you drop and do anything and all things, then on Sunday morning, you go to church and be forgiven (just put your faith in him that was crucified for YOUR sins). It’s as simple as that! It’s not hard for them to do that. Our people have been educated for years to believe anything the white man tells them. Firs, they demonize our cultures and our spirituality, remove our deities and began their quest to Christianize us; this was done to all people of darker skin, from the shores of Western India, across Africa to the Americas. These are all things we already know, yet we fall prey to the garbage that is to be considered our culture and to make matters worse, Rastafari people promote and assist in promoting this disease.



A trip to Mid-town Manhattan, NYC would reveal where all the Caribbean and Rastafari crafts and merchandise are coming from after being made in China ! What we have is a very serious theft of Rastafari developed art and crafts. Authentic Rastafari artisans cannot compete with the cheap and inferior produced green, yellow and red items coming from China!





Reggae music came out of the ghettos of Jamaica and told about the sufferings of the people and carried a revolutionary message of rebellion against white domination and control. This all changed with the infiltration of the wealthy record companies on their expensive junkets to Jamaica trying to recreate another Bob Marley, whereas their goal was to control the rising tide of rebellion in the Caribbean. If this music had continued along its current path, the outcome would be disastrous for the establishment of white global control. From the plantations of the Caribbean to the plains of Africa , this music was starting to instill a sense of pride and create a warrior class amongst the youths. This had to be stopped, or at best, controlled, and at that time the devilish plan was hatched and implemented. The plan was to market the roots and culture philosophy to the white youths who inevitably would change it to the 1960’s white hippie version of peace and love without the justice for their African counterparts. And, this was done with the full knowledge that the white youths WILL remove the cry of liberation. This was further assisted because Blacks did not know the true meaning of oppression. Hence, Black people, therefore, propagated the dutty wine carnival bacchanal culture.



Rastafari intellectuals and organization administrators have been crisscrossing the globe hoping to achieve some kind of inity amongst I n I, reasoning and developing programs according to mandates set down by His Imperial Majesty -- mandates that would deliver us from the hand of bondage and tyranny. Yet, it seems like no one listens or even hears. The cry is each to their own order. The Boboshanti says their church is the only true church that stands above all others; the 12 tribes of Israel say they are the largest organization; the Ancient Council of the Nyabinghi seems to be in disarray and the many other organizations are quickly falling by the wayside, while newer ones are established for example, preach the gospel of Yeshua as the only salvation. They boast how quickly they are growing.



Rasta man, you have to stop and ask yourself, whether you are doing the right thing according to the teachings and tenets of the culture. The Rasta represents the vanguard of African liberation struggle in the Western Hemisphere and perhaps the world at large. Your continue to disregard and I say disregard, because you are not operating without information as concerning the Rastafari livity, and as such, YOU STAND ON STAGE AND SHOUT AT THE TOP OF YOUR VOICE. Its either you have never spent time thinking about the garbage you uphold, or you are just as devious as the oppressor, taking advantage of miseducated black people. Needless to say, you cannot say that you don’t know, and this is more reason to make you a traitor.
